I still remember when i was in class 12 and i joined Classes for NDA with my best friend ravi(yes it was a bad decision though but i cannot do any thing now to feel sorry for it now.........!!!!God those days...) and at that time, 2 major constructions started in Kanpur i.e. Rave Moti and COD overbridge. Today when i am writing this post, i am successfully completed my engineering and i am continuing my profession as a engineer(not much elevated  though) and Rave Moti is earning crores of rupees per year. And below is the development in 2 year - Happy to see some activity here but till then it's one of the most worst place to stuck in a traffic jam. 

So you can see the difference between a private construction who see a lot of caliber in Kanpur and Government organization who is neglecting kanpur from a while. Well i am not writing this thing to criticize government but man it has been 8 years since it's construction started. 8 years is a long duration.

I ask a simple question to the "JANTA" of kanpur , had we become habitual of living in conditions like this, cannot we do anything to change the condition of kanpur. Some one might say what the hell i am doing being outside kanpur, maybe they are right, but i think i am doing what i can. And why the hell these politicians don't understand, that even though they are squeezing our money which we earn after doing a lot of efforts (my god..i had to pay 30% as income tax..........) and i am getting what..this dust when i am crossing the COD from last 8 years(and why the hell they cannot build service road first??????).  Sometime earlier i saw a board of Sri Prakash Jaiswal just infront of Hanuman temple near COD, saying "Mananiya Sri Prakash Jaiswal ji ke athak parishram se COD pull ka kaam dubara chalu kiya gayan hai" (with the efforts of Sri Prakash Jaiswal, construction of COD bridge is being restarted)...what the hell man, it was just before the elections. What they think, are we fool or we don't understand. They themselve say  that India is a country of youth and they want to make us fool, hadn't we watching the development of kanpur from last 10 year or so(i am not against Congress or supporter of BJP, but a firm believer of doing things in real). Todays youth is well connected through many means, they all are well educated and they know what is good for them and what is not. And we had seen the result in elections.

Coming back to the point of COD overbridge, Krishna Nagar bridge started after the COD -overbridge and  at present it's under use and it provided a great convenience for the people of Shaym Nagar and PAC. So why is this delay in COD-overbridge. Is that lackness of funds, common man, Indian government or state government don't lack money. Some day earlier, CM of UP visited kanpur to honour one of Indian Army personal. I heard that when he saw the condition of Shyam Nagar main road , he ordered to plant trees on the side of the road as well in the space left between the roads, man it was May and they planted trees ( 300 per tree in the month of May....bullshit) and if you will visit that road now, i can bet not more that 10% of trees are alive. On the one aspect you can say that at least he did something good, but it's logical no one is going to water them and they will die.

Can any politician(if) reading this blog tell me, when we the people of kanpur can expect this legendary overbridge to complete and we don't have to wait before the crossing when ever a train passes(god , in the night around 10 pm, you can see the real traffic on the both sides of COD railway crossing).

Well let's be optimist and hope that COD overbridge construction get completed asap and we can have hassle free drive while passing over the COD railway crossing.
